Very professional and caring.
Respectful and efficient, very friendly
I came in 20 minutes early as requested. The waiting room was overfilled with overbooked appointments. Waited 30 min to be called to registered and then another 30 minutes for someone to call me back. I have been going there for years and was never treated like this.

The wait. Parking is horrible and the waiting room is filled to capacity. You are over booked for that facility.
