Although my wait time was longer than usual, my experience was a good one. The front desk staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and were very nice & professional as I filled out my paperwork. The staff member that walked me back was very courteous and gave proper instructions prior to my exam. The tech, Kary, is the absolute best! As a breast cancer survivor, she put me at ease and was quick and thorough! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my mammogram!
Very inconsistent in their service over the past few years. I arrived early by 15-20 mins as requested and didn’t get check in until after my appt time. Someone arrived at their appt time and was sped through the check in process; what!? I was called in for the actual mammogram 45 mins after my appt time. The female professional who did the mammogram was wonderful. Front office not personable. They have gotten too busy and trying to get too many people thru in a short time. I’ll be going someplace else from now on.
Everyone was very nice . I was in and out no long waiting time 👍🏻
Every staff member made me feel comfortable and they are friendly.
