Hello, I've been trying to get a resolution to my billing issue with The Woman's Hospital of Texas sjnce April 2020. I have called the Patient Account Services at the Woman's Hospital of Texas numerous times and keep getting a run around due to their incompetentcy for a simple case of duplicate billing from your end. Also, apparently there is no physical office that I can go and talk to a supervisor or the accounting department. Can someone assist or should I engage a lawyer?

My experience was incredible for having my first child. My doctor was amazing. (Dr.Cooper) He told me all i needed to know & what to prepare for. My nurses for labor & delivery plus postpartum were also amazing. They were so patient & kind. They took care of me with no issue whats so ever. i have so much gratification for everyone there at the hospital who helped me give birth. ❤️

I had 3 of my children here, my first born then I went to the Texas children's pavilion for women to have my 2nd child, but did not like It so I came back to The Woman's Hospital of Texas to have my other 2 children my OBGYN Dr. Pinell Is the absolute best so kind, patient, and very caring! and I had an awesome experience each time! during labor and delivery the nurses were the sweetest! I highly recommend The Woman’s Hospital of Texas for L&D. I searched for a doctor that saw patients in the Kingwood/Atascocita/Humble area of Harris county but delivered at The Woman’s Hospital and found Dr. Deborah Hendryx. I’ve seen a few doctors in the NE area and she by far exceeded any expectation I had. She’s very thorough with the care she provides. I cannot tell you how ridiculous their administrative and billing department is. From start to finish, this facility and their staff have exhibited nothing but laziness and ineptness. We are STILL dealing with billing, bills never actually sent but forwarded to collections (and when I spoke with customer service she said it happens all the time), from a baby born in OCTOBER. Appreciate all the nurses & staf, they were all wonderful & helpful with me during my stay especially thank you to Nurse Regan that gave me some comfort words during a moment I just felt depressed. I must say I've been in hospital's in my past and this is one of the second hospitals I would recommend.

On June 13th they took my covid test and came out negative. June 14th I had my son and I noticed a blood clot in the shower (that was not mine) in the delivery room, so that tells me it was not sanitized or cleaned properly. I started feeling a tickle in my throat I let my nurse know supposedly it was part of the after labor process.
