Dr Chun has been the family gynecologist for over 20 yrs. We have put our trust in his hands as he has proven time and time again his dedication, professionalism and superb care for all in the family. His prompt response is also a plus. I couldn’t ask for a better Dr. I have referred Dr Chun to others who have also been very pleased.
Accidentally walked into this office instead of New England Women’s Healthcare which is in the same building, just on another floor. The receptionist was so cold, rude and unhelpful. I told her I was there for an appointment and that it was my 1st time at this location. She told me that I was not on the schedule. I tried to show her a text message I received to confirm my appointment but she refused to look at it and just kept being completely snotty. Dr Chun made me so comfortable and feel safe love the way he cares and he explains everything plus the team yet it was my first experience with them
The staff here are so welcoming and kind. Dr. Chun takes the time to talk with you and really listen. He doesn't rush explanations he makes sure you understand and you're not anxious. I feel very well cared for here.
I switched to Dr. Chun from another provider and it was the best decision I made in pregnancy! His staff have all been with him for years and are polite and joyful to work with. His check up and delivery demeanor is calm, caring, and competent. I had an easy delivery and knew what to expect. He cares about the process and founded the Doc and Doulas group to assist Mom's through this process. I highly recommend Dr. Chun!
