I've been with Dr. Bethany Campbell for almost 5 years now, and I would like to commend her and the staff for their kindness, efficacy, and ethics. They are an effective and thoughtful team, and have listened to me when I advocated for myself. This is a doctor to go to when you need to be heard and helped efficiently. They're honest with you about harder choices, but I never once felt ignored, judged, or neglected! Dr. Novara is great and has never been anything but kind to me. However, the way I was spoken to on the phone for simply trying to reschedule my appointment was unacceptable. I tried MULTIPLE TIMES to cancel my appointment via txt message but continued to receive the same message about my appointment. I called yesterday to cancel/reschedule and left a voicemail only to never get a call back. Clearly, communication is not something this office excels at. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Dr. Heaton delivered my first baby and every time I went to my appointments everyone was so nice, caring and they seem to be happy all the time… I cannot explain how much I love this clinic and the staff!!
Hannah Davis, NP and her medical assistant were amazing and helped ease a lot of anxiety I had at the appointment. Hannah explained everything thoroughly and was so sweet. I could not recommend the practice enough!
I truly feel sad to see negative reviews. I know we all have different experiences, but I can't say enough positive things about this clinic. Everyone has been so very helpful for several years with my daughter. Due to her privacy and age, that's all I'll note on here. But I would never dream of going anywhere else and am switching to this clinic myself. Thank you for being so patient and caring with us both.
