I have to have a Covid test for work. I choose to use Medical Center Urgentcare this time. I've worked in healthcare for over 17 years. The person performing the test was the most unprofessional, least pleasent healthcare worker I have come across yet! Besides Mistys unprofessional additude her lack of skill and training was grossly apparent. They cannot do MRIs nor blood draws for a doctor that works for the MC You have to go to the hospital Graves Gilbert Clinic can do both on Nashville Road

RecommendedI normally don’t post reviews, especially about doctors offices, but, Shannon Shirley and all the staff and nurses who take blood are absolutely wonderful. The wait time isn’t ideal but they are hands on and very good at listening and caring about you. After I got done with my visit I was sent to do blood work and they noticed I wasn’t acting right and jumped into action cause I was about to pass out. I didn’t go to urgent care here. Just Meducal Center E.R. I cannot express enough my disdain for this so-called medical facility. I would love to complain to someone higher up in this organization. In a word PAthetic.
