The reviews aren't kidding about the receptionist being rude. "Are you aware that we're in Nebraska?" Yes, you snotty little teenager, your address including the state is all over your own website that I got your phone number from. She wouldn't tell me anything whatsoever either, I have to wait for a call back from somebody else that still probably won't want to talk (update: this call back never happened, so the receptionist is a lying little you-know-what on top of the sheer refusal to disclose prices or procedures). Both drs Albin are amazing! One of the receptionists is kinda rude but it just depends on what day you get her.. sometimes she's very nice and sometimes she's just quick and mean... short with ya. I haven't seen her since last year and I have no idea if she's still working there. I didn't let it bother me because I understand how it is working with customers. I hope she's doing better. Had the best birthing experience with Dr Jim Albin! Always made me feel comfortable and explained everything I asked about in great detail. The nursing staff is phenomenal and super personable and the ultrasound team is wonderful. Both Dr Albins’ checked on me multiple times in the hospital both pre and post birth. Great team!
Dr Albin went above and beyond for me. She did things most doctors wouldn't, just to give me reassurance! I would highly recommend to anyone!
I do not recommend Dr. James Albin and was highly disappointed with the care I received from him. I saw him for a HSG consult and he made me very uncomfortable. We have different religious views and he kept pushing his religion on me saying it would help my chances of getting pregnant. I had significant pain during my HSG procedure and he was not empathetic at all. He did not tell me what was going on during the procedure and promptly left once it was over.
