I joined at the end of October and have been sparse going, but today I decided to go to a class. What I thought would be jammed packed with intimidation was not. The trainer who led the Group Power (Saturday's) was amazing. She made me feel like I was headed in a great direction and also I did not feel like a fool for it being my first time.
