I love this gym! Wonderful staff, very clean, great childcare and love the classes!!
I only wish I could have started going a couple of years ago. The instructors are the greatest ladies I have ever met. They are patient and caring. They listen to you and observe your progress. They offer classes. My favorite's are Cardio workout with Melissa. And Zumba Gold. I have made lots of new friends too. It's fun!
Awesome atmosphere. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Clean environment and they have daycare which is a plus!
