I have been a member since 2005 n love going there. Their classes are exceptional. I am 66 years and joined their boot camp and loved every minute n I was the oldest one in the class and did not feel intimated by the younger ones they were an awesome group
Shannon's Fit Camp is AMAZING and life changing. I am so pleased with the staff, atmosphere, and price.
