I love this place! Been coming here for almost 2 years and it has changed my life. I started with a personal trainer which I highly recommend to get you started. I've been to the classes and now I just do my own thing. Everyone is so nice and motivational! Can't say enough good things about the staff, the classes, and the equipment!
