This is the WORST OBGYN OFFICE Knoxville had to offer!! I went here for symptoms and had blood results performed. They specifically told me in my appointment if there was anything to worry about, they would call. A whole month and a half later i sign into my patient portal for old records just to see my results were posted a month and a half ago when i was concerned and went in to see if i needed to be treated. Brooke Hodgson is the most uniformed medical professional I’ve ever had. I went in to be treated for a UTI, which she stated I didn’t have after a home test said positive and I cried myself to sleep in pain. She also triple booked herself, so I was at the facility for 2 hours to pee in a cup and talk to staff. Such a horrible experience.
