I have just started going to this practice and couldn't be happier. From the minute you walk in the front door it feels professional and welcoming but not cold like so many other doctors' offices I go to. I have seen Dr. Koss and feel like I am getting SO much personal attention. It is just a wonderful feeling. I will recommend this practice to any of my friends and family. So, happy I found them!
I ran into complications with my pregnancy and could not have asked for a better team. The entire team worked hard to keep my baby girl safe throughout my pregnancy. Dr. Snook was on maternity leave for part of my pregnancy, but all of my interactions with her before her leave were wonderful. Just became a patient of this practice. Finding the right Obgyn is hard. I definitely feel like I have found the right fit. Dr. Koss made me feel comfortable, and at ease. Most importantly, she didn't shame me for my long overdue annual exam. She answered my questions, and didn't skirt around any subject. In all my other experiences with other Drs, I am not seen until at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Today I was in and out of the office in just over 30 minutes.
