I was referred to Dr. Snook from the ER doctor after I experienced a miscarriage. I was very nervous going in. The all women staff are so nice. I walked in and they were so caring and sympathetic to what I just went through. I just had another appointment today and the ultrasound tech was so nice and I met Dr. Warren as she helped me. I just can't say enough at how relieved I am to have finally found an OBGYNs that I feel comfortable with. I cannot say enough great things about this practice. The staff is warm, friendly and professional, which is no surprise once you meet either Dr. Warren or Dr. Snook. These ladies combine great medicine with an inviting, caring, educating medical environment. There was not a moment during my pregnancy when I did not feel like I was in exceptional hands. I love CWC and all the woman that work there!!! Dr. Snook is my obgyn and she is absolutely amazing. She is awesome at making us (my boyfriend and I) feel comfortable and answers and questions we have. Nurse Maria is awesome always taking care of me and making sure I'm doing well. I love this place and highly recommend it!!!! Dr. Koss did an amazing job with my delivery and I'm happy to report that I have a beautiful healthy baby girl. Thank you so much Dr. Koss ☺️
Updated review: mixed feelings. The ultrasound tech messed up my 20 week ultrasound. This resulted in me not knowing about my son's congenital malformation until after he was born. (His particular condition is generally diagnosed prenatally) I hear the office planned to get a new tech, and if they did it's possible they provide great care. I've had a great experience throughout my pregnancy here. They are attentive and always answer my questions. The manager is very unprofessional and rude when I called for assistance. They will charge a cancellation fee when they are the ones who cancelled your appointment. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone.
This place is beautiful! ! Dr Warren and her staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable! Highly recommend! !
I loved everything about my experience with CWC! The environment, the doctors, and all the staff were always absolutely wonderful. Both Dr. Snook and Dr. Warren were knowledgeable and attentive to any questions and concerns i had. Unfortunately, I moved to South Florida and could not continue my care with them. I tried three different OB GYN's and although I found a satisfactory one none that were comparable to CWC! Best ever!
