RecommendedI have been very happy with the care I’ve received at this practice. All of the doctors are caring and take the time to listen. I live a good distance away but it’s worth the drive!
You don’t listen to your messages very well. You continue to call my MINOR daughter about an appointment, even AFTER I called and left a message with the PROPER phone number to call. If this is how you do business no thank you

Very disappointed in the office staff. Over a month ago, when I scheduled my appointment, I was informed that they take my new insurance. 23 hours prior to my appointment (appointment was scheduled for tomorrow) I’m told that my insurance is out of network and it’s going to cost me $250. And the office doesn’t seem to care that they misspoke. From the scheduler to the biller, no one is willing to fix the matter. I’m now left to find a new practice to see me. Love this office! They have taken such good care of me so far this pregnancy! Especially Dr. Snook and Amy at the Lake Nona office! They truly care and will always answer any questions you have. I’ve had nothing but wonderful visits since day 1!
I just had my first appointment with Dr. Snook today. She was on time and prepared. She took time to explain all my results and she helped me to develop a good game plan to manage my symptoms and issues. I couldn't be happier!
