I went to north side hospital 4 times in one week. They REFUSED to treat me. The 4th time I went I walked in they literally said they can’t help me I walked out and went to another hospital who DID treat me and I was almost dying I was in the hospital for 3 months fighting for my life! North side Hospital should be shut down and I WILL be contacting a lawyer.

Thank you Fawcett for taking good care of my mother, America Gomez. I especially want to thank the Food Services staff! Thank you Carole Averiss, Gail Rivera, Michelle Edwards, and Francisco Rivera. This team was well trained by Kristy Santiago (manager), and continues to be well led by the new manager, Tara. The FANS team rocks!

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, Yvonne! We'll be sure to share with our teams.

for labor and delivery they are really good and caring. they definitely go out of their way to make sure your as comfortable as possible. they explain everything in detail before they even do anything which even though i know what is expected being my third child its really nice that they care enough to make sure you know what is happening and when.

This is a USELESS AND DISMISSIVE Emergency Room. I went for a bloodclot and DESPITE me explaining there was no trauma, PLUS THE ACTUAL BLOODCLOT WAS VISIBLE, my USELESS nurse did an x-ray and gave a FALSE DIAGNOSIS of a "sprain" and tried to give me a splint. This USELESS nurse then prescribed ibuprofen FOR A BLOODCLOT and said "they couldn't send me for an ultrasound BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T KNOW THAT IT WAS A BLOODCLOT". I even had a photo of the bloodclot I had prior and I reiterate, I had a CLEARLY VISIBLE bloodclot in my fing... read more
