excellent experience for an ER visit. couldn't make it to the VA hospital and Oviedo ER staff took care of me very quickly and professionally. One of the kindest doctors I've encountered.

I went with my friend as she was getting a cyst on her hand removed. I couldn’t believe how many people were taking care of her. All of them so pleasant. Then in the waiting room, a really great guy named Glenn, talked to me and told me what to expect and time lines. After the procedure, the doctor came to see me to let me know everything was fine. Glenn came back over and said he’d take me to her in a few minutes. Great customer service. Nothing like the horrible treatment I got at UMC several years ago

The front door is always disorganized and inconsistent but pleasant enough The cardio hallway smells like a dead rat My PT has changed spaces 4 times and still in temporary space They took the tv remote control out of the waiting room and the waiting room is like 80 degrees I drive a long way and past 2 other hospitals to go there but I might start looking for options except I like my PT.
