RecommendedJust left Medical City Ft Worth - for a hospital visit I have to say this one was top rate. I started out on the 7th floor then transferred to the 3rd floor In-patient Rehab. Dr. Shah was so kind caring and professional I felt like I was being treated by someone who actually cared about me as a person. Carol and the nurses under her supervision were amazing. RecommendedBrought my son to ER yesterday afternoon, which is scary enough for a 12 yo. The intake nurse and ultrasound tech were super friendly - the whole staff was very kind and accommodating, which put us both at ease. Didn’t have to wait at all, and received a high level of care.

My uncle is sick with COVID and he’s a dialysis patient and you people almost killed him tonight just from sheer negligence. if something happens to him under your watch I will personally get the media involved and everyone in El Paso will be made aware of the subpar treatment going on in there.
