I AM PRESENTLY IN THIS HOSPITAL WHICH IS THE WORST FACILITY I HAVE EVER BEEN IN, THE NURSING STAFF NEEDS SOME COMPASSION AND FORGET ABOUT THE CNA, IF YOU CAN FIND THEM, NO WONDER WHY THE V.A. TELLS US NOT TO COME HERE..MY NAME IS DENNIS BURNS AND I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE...

RecommendedI wasn't planning to spend this past weekend (Fri-Mon) at a hospital but my medical condition dictated otherwise. I was very pleased with the excellent care I received from the 4 doctors and nearly a dozen nurses over the course of my stay at Medical City Healthcare North Hills (Rm 216 10/23-26). RecommendedI just want to tell you, I have just experienced the best surgical experience I have ever had!! I will not be able to recommend NCMC highly enough!! Dr. Dahir, the Same Day Surgical team, especially nurses April and Kendra, they were all wonderful!! I appreciate the beginning of the pre op instructions of bathing with hibicleans, arriving and pre op pain control methods. RecommendedI highly recommend this hospital for L&D. All the Drs and nurses were amazing, especially my L&D nurse Dierdra! She made the whole labor, birthing and transition into postpartum experience calm, encouraging and manageable even with my own complications that had nothing to do on their end :) Thank you

This is the worst medical facility. Do not use the ER service. Totally disappointed
This is for the ER side. Took son who has a family history of chest problems and has minor pectus excavatun (funnel chest) to the ER for having a high level of chest pain. They never found anything, never stopped the high chest pain levels and refused an xray. Forced us to leave saying that they would text us later with results. He was dismissed because these ER people don't care about their patients. You can constantly hear them complaining while you wait to be seen. Because we wanted my 91 year old grandma discharged home to past in peace(her wishes) not to be a Ginny pig the er physician and main hospital physician sat here and argued over her about what was wrong with her then when we told them her wishes is at home hospice they said because we want to take her home we would have to have our own wheel chair to take her down to the car. Medical center of trinity has the worst employee ever! they treated me like im stupid just coz english is my second language... the person who works at the surgery center her name is amanda treated me poorly and really rude hang up on me twice she put words in my mouth now my surgery got cancelled! this hospital has the worst worst employee ever! i didn't know they treat patient who pays actually pays the hospital.. without patient you guys dont get paid! I wouldn't recommend this hospital at all!
