Lots of things go into this rating: 1) I was asked for a prepayment, 3 days before my delivery, and have never gotten a receipt. Calls to the person who collected my payment now go straight to voicemail and she will not call back. 2) On the day of my scheduled induction, the head nurse brought me to my room at the end of the hall just before 7am (shift change). Was there for my mammogram and it took longer than anticipated but thankful for the receptionist nurse who assisted in making my problem go away. Otherwise nice location and friendly staff.
My overall experience with the woman's hospital was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and understanding. I would highly recommend this hospital. I also was very pleased with my surgeon Dr. Patrick Duffy. He works with the woman's hospital and he is just wonderful! I will definitely be back! 🙌🏼❤️
The nurses here are great. Everyone is very friendly and on point. Even the cafeteria food is excellent!
