Terrible experience with Women and Infants. You're just a number to them, not a live human who needs care. You're just dollar signs to them. They charge for parking, for childbirth classes. Their front office staff are rude and refused to provide answers to questions about the policies in place, which left me with an incorrect bill totaling over $1000. I really appreciated the very thorough care I received during my two hospitalizations in 2017 & 2019.
Very friendly and helpful staff
This hospital was not great. The nurses don’t listen to new mothers and force them into being uncomfortable from the start. The moment I had my son I had nurses saying rude things to me because I was having trouble breastfeeding. They legit would not leave me alone. All I needed was space to do it on my own and the nurses were so rude about it. I had an amazing experience delivering my daughter at women and infants hospital. From housekeeping to doctors the staff is amazing,friendly and punctual. I actually live 40 minutes from the hospital and had many other options but am beyond satisfied with my decision to have my daughter there. I would deliver there again in a heartbeat! 10 stars out of 5 for sure.
RecommendedWife was operated on for breast Cancer this past Tuesday and the staff were so nice to us we are very grateful to them for there compassion ! ❤️
