Yesterday I was in surgery and I woke up in recovery and I can say the staff took good care of me no complaints. Don't mind going back to the clinic if I ever have to have a procedure done again I want to thank the staff and my doctor for treating me very well feeling better today thank you everybody
Terrible experience with Women and Infants. You're just a number to them, not a live human who needs care. You're just dollar signs to them. They charge for parking, for childbirth classes. Their front office staff are rude and refused to provide answers to questions about the policies in place, which left me with an incorrect bill totaling over $1000. Best hospital in rhodeisland just had my baby here and they really helped me even tho things didn’t turn out great for me due to some complications I’m so satisfied that I came here I’ve gotten best service !
