Coming from Newport to see a specialist, good experience overall.
There was an unusually longer than normal waiting time in the exam room. There was an emergency with another patient. Knowing that, I was understanding re the wait. No referral needed to be done for this appointment. Dr Bagga and her clerks are a very caring and understanding group. A+++ professionals.
