Caroline Snyder was extremely welcoming and made me feel very comfortable during my appoinmet.I highly recommend this location- professional, friendly and very much on time.
I love this office. Everyone is so friendly and caring! I was very nervous going into today knowing I needed a biopsy of my cervix. Women I knew explained to me that it hurt based off their experiences with this procedure at their gynecologist offices, honestly terrifying me of going into this appointment. I explained to Dr. Zenaida Rosado that I was anxious due to everything I've heard. She made me feel so comfortable and walked me thru everything she was doing. I have been going here for years and I've had great experiences! I've seen multiple providers for yearly appointments, pregnancy/postpartum care, and treatment of a chronic condition. Every time I go I'm met with friendly staff who are compassionate and understanding. I always get a quick reply when I call or send a message through the app.
This office is absolutely appalling when it comes to patient care. I have been dealing with a possible endometriosis diagnosis for months now and I have begged and pleaded with this office to give me something other than Tylenol for the pain. Not to take daily, but once a month when the pain is a 10/10. Midwife Caroline Snyder refuses to treat my pain and has now asked me SEVERAL times if I have tried birth control to try and control it. I have told this office on numerous occasions that I have been on birth control for a lo... read more
