I started going to Wolter's in the late 80's. They are not only very knowledgeable, but treat us like family. If you want to learn how to take care of your pool or spa water properly go to Wolter's. There's no place better.
I had a Hot, and my mother in law has a large above ground pool. The staff at Wolter pool have helped me thru ever thing. They taught me everything about both the hot tub and pool. Very willing to advise me how to make repairs when needed, but if the job was too big of course their staff would come and take care of the situation. Thanks for all the years of help.
I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience with Wolter Pools and Spas has been, both with our pool and hot tub! When we have a question or a situation with one of our “toy’s” the staff has been very attentive and within 24 hours has addressed whatever needed to be done...either educating us or fixing something. The “golden rule” is alive and well at Wolter Pools and Spas!
I have used Wolter Pool for over 25 years, from pool closing to pool covers, liner replacement, motor and heater installation....everything! They are a family owned business who know what they are doing. If something isnt right, they have come out the same day to make it right....even showed up on Sunday in the rain to adjust a heater pipe! Thank you Kim and crew. I recommend Wolter Pool!

Avoid here if you can. They used to have an "honest reputation" but not the same place now. They ripped us off by selling us a Pentair heater that didn't even make it one year. They told us when they sold it to us that it had a full year warranty but it isn't true since the exclusions eat up the warranty. Our other heater didn't have such weird exclusions and lasted 13 years. We haven't changed our habits of care for the pool so it is weird that the PH one week before was 7.3 and when they came out was 6.6 which they exclude... read more
