I didn't have much success with these guys this time around. I used to buy my pool chemicals and get my water tested for my old pool. Their in-store customer service is fantastic. I bought a house with an inground pool that hadn't been opened for a couple years. I know, at the very least, that it needs a new liner. He declined to do the liner, which is fine, as I'm sure it would be a tough job, and he told me that it couldn't be done.
