This is an urgent message to the Ophthalmology leadership/ management hierarchy. Unfortunately, there is lack of professional skills for customers service and courtesy by the employees at the billing department! I had a terrible experience after I invested my money with few appointments in this Ophthalmology Center; I was treated badly!! The billing department employees are rude and didn’t have a consideration for my situation. I went in to have a VF test done and I was taken back very close to my scheduled appt time by technician Christie.. Christie was very professional and nice . All went very well.
