I have always had a very good experience with the Wolgin Endodontic Group, courteous answers and assistance on the phone, the dental technicians explanations of what they're doing, and the dentists themselves as they let me know what needs to be done and why they're doing it. Offices are bright and cheerful. Everything very upbeat, streamlined, and modern.
I was made to feel very comfortable. the staff was cordial and professional.
Best Experience with a dentist I have ever had. Petrified of root canal, walked out pain free (numb of course) and happy. Great chair side manner, efficient, Doc let you know exactly what was going on. Very concerned with my comfort. Assistant amazing. Very relaxing and helpful. Would recommend highly and to ANYONE.
Despite the fact that my initial appointment was "last minute" nothing was rushed.
This is weird, but this is the MOST FUN I've ever had during a root canal. I didn't feel a thing, Dr. Wolgin and his staff talked about must eat ice cream spots in the city, and I was totally comfortable the entire time. I will never go anywhere else. EVER.
The customer sercie element of my visit to was equally matched to the quality of care I received. I have had many dental visits, and at 50, my share or root canals. I can honestly say this was an excellent experience and I would recommend the services of Dr. Wolgin and his staff to anyone and found myself singing their praises to my family the day of my visit!
