I am a first time home buyer and I wanted to make sure that the home we are purchasing was well worth the money we are spending. He was so nice and helpful answered all my questions and took his time looking at every detail. Had the report to me within hours of finishing the inspection. Would recommend them to anyone!
Never having to do a home inspection before was a little nerve raking because you want to make sure you get the right inspector who will actually take their time and check everything and Jerry was that and more. Not only did he do a thorough inspection but he took the time to make recommendations and answer any question that I threw at him. I couldn’t imagine anyone doing a better job then he did.
