Jerry did a extremely detailed inspection of a house we’re planning to buy. He also got the report e-mailed to us and our retailer within a few hours. Would use him again and also recommend him to family or friends.
Jerry is personable and relates well to his customers. He makes it a point to examine, evaluate, and explain the lows and highs of the homes he inspects. I appreciated the quality information he provided because it will help me make a more informed decision on whether or not to buy this home.

While conducting the inspection, he took the time to teach me what he was looking for and signs which may be present within a home indicating a potential issue or structural damage.
