RecommendedEveryone was very friendly. The check in process was quick. The showroom, waiting areas and restrooms were nice and clean.
Actually stay on top of the repair or recall work... I made an appointment was on time @ 10am.. for an ABS recall was told it would take 2-3hrs... they would call me. U called the service writer @ 2pm was told she would check and call me back in 5mins. After an hour and 15 mins no returned call I returned to dealership to find that they hadn't even started on my Vehicle...it was another hour b4 it was taken care of...the is absolutely terrible customer service.

Terrible repair service experience. I was told my engine head gaskets were blown and since the repair cost was almost as a new engine that was the recommendation. I agreed but when I picked up my car, they didn’t replace the engine they repaired the head gaskets according to the invoice . All while the Service Advisor is telling me that the engine was replaced even though the invoice said different. They finally got the mechanic who stated it was just the head gaskets.
