I purchased a brand new Zero Turn last year from these guys, the purchase experience was second to none. I had my first minor warranty issue with it, and American Pride made arrangements to have it picked up the very next day. They even dropped off a loaner for me. I will never use there service dept again. I took a 1 year old tiller in for an oil leak. After a week and a half I was able pick it up. When I got home, the ignition was messed up and I couldn't get the key in. And it was still leaking oil.

Bought a new Simplicity mower there a few years ago, sold the old rider on consignment thru them. Ryan was a pleasure to deal with during the process. Service is excellent, Frank and the crew have been very helpful. Last winter I ran high test gas and synthetic oil in my snow blade tractor from Franks suggestion. It started easily every time even in zero weather! On top of everything else, they have the most beautiful "Ol Glory" in all of Zanesville!
