RecommendedBought new mower to today. Never have I ever had a more enjoyable time buying it. Communicated with Ryan email and phone answered all my questions ( even the stupid ones ) found time to visit American Pride Power Equipment met with Ryan and within half hour deal was done delivery scheduled and traveling back home. RecommendedI was sold the wrong part which caused issues for my weed trimmer. Then they re-sold me the right part so I was gonna end up paying for both the parts however they refunded me the money for the new part. I didn’t care too much about it, but it was the principal of charging me for their error and maintaining me as their customer. I have to say I’m very satisfied that they did this.
RecommendedWe are very happy with American Pride! We bought a lawn tractor from Lowe’s a month shy of 2yrs ago. It started smoking badly & we figured the motor was fried. The paperwork, Lowe’s 800#, & Husqvarna 800# all said motor would be covered under warranty. As instructed by Lowe’s 800# we took it to local Lowe’s store. Staff there was very skeptical that it would be covered by warranty & wanted us to sign that we’d pay the 1st $300 for repair if not in warranty.
