My thanks to Dr. Mai and hygenist, Polly. They always make me feel so welcome when I come to the office. It's a pleasure to spend time with them - as I feel like I am with friends! And then to leave with clean & healthy teeth is wonderful bonus. I recommend them to ALL!

The entire team at Dr. Alexis Mai's office has literally kept a smile on my face! They are each exceptional in performing their roles. From the front office staff that makes you feel welcome upon entry, to the dental hygienists (I'm talking to you, Paulie and Shelly!), to Dr. Mai who ensures "everything looks good" and does it pain-free. This is one dentist office I enthusiastically look forward to going to twice a year. Keep up the great work! Highly recommended! 😁 (Couldn't leave this post without a big smilin' emoji!)

Because of medications that I must take, my gums tend to grow over my teeth. The team at Elite Cosmetic and Family Dentistry recently removed that excess growth by laser surgery. The process was painless and recovery only took a few days.

Polly is the greatest hygienist I've ever had! I never feel any discomfort and she is always so friendly and cheerful. I really like Dr. Mai. She doesn't try to recommend procedures that aren't necessary, and she is very personable as well.
