Not a nice place to live. Would not recommend. Welcome to cockroah/pest town. Cockroach levels are way above normal. Bedbugs present and I've had to throw away my whole bed, carpet, and sofa. The basement is always flooded. Parking is overpriced, and during the rainy months, it smells terrible and seeps into your car. Elevators are dirty even though they're cleaned often (speaks volumes of the neighbors here). They keep increasing the rent to the max percentage and use all their money to fix things very cheaply.
