This is not a knock on their service. These guys show up and do what they’re supposed to. However, they’re predatory and gouging small business owners in hard times. I was charged $2400 for a warranty repair that took them 3 hours at most. $800/hour to fix a heat pump. Cut it out. Shameful.

STAY AWAY. If I could give this a zero rating I would. Part of a sink broke in one of my elderly parents bathroom which she needed prior to a surgery that was coming up. They did not show up in the time they gave nor did they have the courtesy of calling and updating us. then they tried to sell us a part that only cost $100 for $1,000 a complete ripoff, all while having the gall to try to get us to sign up for their maintenance program. SCAM ARTISTS

My house was running out of hot water. So I asked these guys to pay a visit and propose solutions. Over the phone this company agreed to give me proposal upon inspection for $69.99. The techs showed up and proposed that I may install an electric hot water tank. I asked to send the proposal via email and they agreed. Here is what happens next: one of the techs showed me in his iPad that for this sole visit I need to pay them $480. Pann is (too) pricey, but they show up when they say they will and do high quality work. The employees are quality people that you feel comfortable having in your home. They were very respectful of COVID preferences.
