Excellent service – I was involved in a crash last month and the damage to my vehicle was very extensive. I was told by the staff at Woburn Foreign Auto Body that the repair would take 3 weeks. It took 3 and a half due to the complexities of the repair. I was regularly updated with phone calls from them, and I was also able to check my vehicles progress via the web site where you can view pictures of your car in process. Horrible service - stay away!!! – I took my car into this place after I was rear ended. They gave me a 2-3 weeks timeline which I was okay with since my insurance covered a month's car rental. After the 3rd week they said another and etc., after a month and a half, it was finally done. The repair quality was good but it cost me out of pocket 2 weeks of car rental that I think they should have paid. Also after I got my car back, my car starter/alarm/remote entry did not work.
