Called and was advised me he was out of town for 72 hrs and would work hard to earn my business. Advised him we had 10 days and no problem. Had me send pics of my water heater- then went ghost. Voicemail full no response- just crickets. Had a another tech come because I realized I could not rely on WNY RV DR. 1/2 hour and my heater ws up and running- (Kind of what you should do with this company-RUN!!!) Love that your response to people that you blow off with your POOR business decision -(people being rude and snarky)... OWN... read more

Had my 2014 Jayco Redhawk worked on Went through the whole camper and very happy with the workmanship. I highly recommend The RV Doctor for any repairs or rennovations you have on your RV
I am very sorry to have to write this because I have previously highly recommended WNY RV Doc to my camping friends but a recent episode made me change my mind. Last winter Shawn worked on our 5th wheel. After we took it to him, it was never anyplace else until we picked it up for a trip in early March. On the first day out, I noticed that the table was placed 90 degrees away from where it had been. When in a text to Shawn asking about that, he replied that it must have moved during travel. Shawn was so helpful & came out as soon as I called about a leak! Unfortunately he did so much work that first day and the leak was not fixed (but another smaller leak was) and came back out free of charge until we found the actual leak! He is so personable and you can tell he loves what he does and was extremely helpful!
