Called and was advised me he was out of town for 72 hrs and would work hard to earn my business. Advised him we had 10 days and no problem. Had me send pics of my water heater- then went ghost. Voicemail full no response- just crickets. Had a another tech come because I realized I could not rely on WNY RV DR. 1/2 hour and my heater was up and running- (Kind of what you should do with this company-RUN!!!) Love that your response to people that you blow off with your POOR business decision -(people being rude and snarky)... OW... read more
Fantastic service and attention to detail. Shaun did a roof coating and a battery upgrade on our class C motorhome. We were beyond pleased. We also had a short list of other items that needed attention. Shaun did it all, and in a very timely fashion. He also did a whole bunch of other waterproofing to save our RV, he didn't even charge us for all the extras! It's hard to find someone like Shaun these days. Honest, dependable, and very reasonable pricing. Thanks, Shaun!
