Worst emergency room staff I've ever encountered. Rude, nasty, combative, and incompetent. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
RecommendedAnother shout out to the Good Samaritan Hospital Emergency Room and its staff. My mom fell and drove herself there at 2am today. The medical and other staff were prompt, efficient, courteous, thorough and compassionate. They stitched up her arm and listened kindly and patiently to her. NP Sullivan did more than just a patch job - she asked great questions about her general health and overall well being. We got very good discharge instructions. Two hours after being triaged and we still haven’t been seen by a doctor. A 4 year old wincing in pain and crying is unacceptable. She refuses to walk and crouches up in a ball. I really thought that this would be better than Good Sam butit doesnt look like there is any relief in sight.😡

Horrible Emergency room experience!! My young daughter has a facial laceration and they refused to get her a plastic surgeon. I am livid. They didn’t clean her wound or give her a tetanus shot. Told us we could go to a plastic surgeon in the morning!! I will never be going there ever again. Doctor was nasty and so was the male nurse !

RecommendedAmazing experience having my second daughter at the Kennedy Birthing Center at St. Anthony's Hospital. Janice, Rafaela, Crystal, Merilee, Bonnie, Donna, Denise, Kim, and I'm sure I'm forgetting someone, helped make everything as smooth and comfortable as possible. Thank you for everything!
RecommendedMy 2 year old had surgery there on Monday and I absolutely can not thank the entire staff enough for helping my son through this as well as myself since I was a nervous wreck. Truly a great experience in a stressful situation.
