The ER was horrible I sat outside in the waiting room in pain they took my vitals and sent me back the waiting room after the nurse sat there telling us they won’t treat me bc I was treated at nyack hospital previously well after 2 hours they called me back to a completely empty ER for them to say we’ll get a ultra sound and start a IV took the nurse a hour to come and set my IV up sat In ultrasound for 4 hours come back up and they had my discharge papers ready and said we can’t treat you and sent me home still in pain........ read more
Would you believe this hospital has no combs or brushes for their patients? It’s horrible to hear the nurses and staff complain how they hate their jobs. This is the worst hospital with the worst doctors in Rockland County! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 you’ll go in and come out sicker than you came in
RecommendedFew resources are as vital as a major children’s hospital, and our region only has a few and they’re all busy. Supporting this is among our best insurance policies... let’s hope you don’t need it, but if so, it’s ready to save lives!
Some of the nurses are heartless and show no compassion to patients and family. The ER nurses are rude. Very sad to see how people are treated especially on holidays and during hard times and their lack of communication. I’ve been to vet offices that treat pets and families better!
RecommendedMy daughter was just here after being blown off by a hospital local to me and they saved her life. Not only did they discover how low her hemoglobin levels were but they found the source of her bleeding and performed surgery to correct it. From the nurses to doctors to the food staff they were attentive and caring. There are no words that can truly express how grateful I am to them for taking good care of my baby. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. 💓
RecommendedThe best hospital with a NICU,PICU, and Gen Peds in NY state if not all of the US. Atleast that’s how I see it being my daughter was born there, treated there multiple times in PICU as well as being a 10 week early baby she spent 76 days in NICU. They help guide me in taking care of her as well as got me to the point that I researched and studying and got certified for anything she would need in her life.
