They quoted me multiple options and helped me decide on the best solution for me and my family. On the day of the actual installation they arrived when they said they would, installed my furnace and cleaned up well afterwards. There were no hidden costs and it's one of the best customer experiences I've had in a very long time.
These guys are awesome! They came in, got to work, and got it done for a competetive price. They also cleaned up after themselves, which as a landlord, I find that not all contractors do. Highly recommended.

The crew at West Michigan Air Duct & Mechanical finished a few different jobs for me in the past 3 months I have been very pleased with everything they have done. They have done a few inspections, replaced an old chimney with venting that will never leak thru a roof, and replaced a very very old furnace at a great price that helped me sell a house. I would recommend them for any type of work. Good quality work done by excellent employees at a good up front price.
