Highly recommended!! We had a new Furnace, Air conditioner, and Hot water heater installed. From Dave Mellema who came out and did our estimate, to Zach, Kyle, and AJ who handled the installation. Highly recommended! Last fall when our furnace broke down they brought 3 big space heaters over the same day to make sure we were warm and comfortable before our new furnace was installed. Timely and dependable and had great communication with the techs throughout the new installation. We'll use them again once our AC brakes down! Thanks for everything!
Absolutely awesome! The 2 guys who came out were professional and friendly. They showed before and after pictures. 45 years of dust and dogs stuff in my ducts..they were disgusting. The end result was great! Thank you so much!!

WMAD&HVAC dropped the ball. I scheduled an appt. on June 26, 2019 for 2-3pm. No show at 4:30. I called David and he said tech was finishing up a job in Jenison and would be on his way shortly. 7pm, no show, no call, no nothing. All this during a heatwave - Still NO A/C. They've been great in the past, but what has happened? Not sure I should ever give them another chance. I had my vents cleaned by them a year ago, great job! We just bought our house and the air ducts really needed to be cleaned. Josh and Dom showed up on time and were a pleasure!! They were knowledgeable and kept me informed on everything they were doing, were so courteous, and were phenomenal with my curious 3 year old. I would absolutely recommend them!
