They're awesome. They cleaned our ducts 2 years ago when we moved into our new house. Since then, we bought a new washer and dryer and the dryer did not work .. Samsung sent out a repairman they changed every part in the dryer and said our vents were clogged. We called West Michigan Air Duct and HVAC, they came out the same day and found a bird's nest in our dryer vent. They cleaned it out the same day. Our dryer works great now Awesome company, would highly recommend them to anyone.
