WKS Roofing did an excellent job on my roof and more!! Wayne Smith is very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He understands the insurance process and went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did he replace my roof, he repaired my chimney, gutters, rafter, solar screens, and painted the exterior of my house. I will look be contacting Wayne for all my home repair projects.

Wayne Smith does outstanding work! He roofed our home, painted it, rescreened the porch, resided,painted and roofed our shed, plus more!! His workers were very efficient, knew the tasks and did them well. For example, while painting the house, the painter noticed that caulking was missing (obviously skipped by the builder). He asked if I had a specisal kind of caulking but I didn t. He went on with the painting, and held up that spot until we went to Lowe s to get the correct product. We had a leaky roof which we wanted fixed. Screening several companies we called this firm. Initially he responded and said he would take come take a look. Well he did not show up and thereafter did not return emails or calls. The weekend came and it rained again. If he treated us so poorly for a small job, why should I trust him for a big job? Sorry we were not important enough for you to even extend the courtesy of a return email or call saying you can t make it.

I would not recommend this company. The owner is arrogant and speaks to his clients in a condescending tone. Regarding the crew and their work, no major complaints other than leaving a mess behind.

We recently contracted with WKS Roofing to replace our roof which had been hail damaged this past year. Wayne Smith was the most professional contractor we have ever dealt with. His word was his bond, his roofing crew was excellent and the work top notch. Wayne recommended we consider installing a Polarium, a heat barrier to reduce heat in our attic and save on electricity bills. I heard about WKS Roofings great reputation through a friend so I decided to give them a try and I sure am glad I did! Our roof turned out looking great and I never have to worry about the structural integrity of our premises because the workmanship and quality were top notch. The heat barrier system they installed has helped cut our energy bill in almost half, mostly during the hot Texas summer heat, I think you know what we mean!Sincerely,Kerry Stuart
