After looking long (several years) and hard (many jewelers) for a fine watch, I came across Wixon while visiting my daughter a few years ago. They have several brands I had been researching with Patek Phillipe and Jaeger LeCoultre (and others). My experience at Wixon was exceptional. Kim helped me redesign my mothers wedding ring and also created a lovely tennis bracelet from an old watch with a diamond wristband. Iâ??d heard about Wixon from a friend and decided to see for myself. I canâ??t imagine going anywhere else. Kim was gracious and more than helpful with her knowledge and expertise. Thank you!

I recently had my first experience with a custom designed ring and Wixon Jewelers came through with flying colors. I wanted a ring that had my birthstone (Ruby). Its so hard to find a men's Ruby Ring. I decided to design it myself. I worked closely with the consultant and also Dustin Reed. The ring is awesome!! They were very professional and I could tell they really wanted to get it right and exactly what I wanted. I love it!! Everyone who has seen the ring is totally impressed!

I have been shopping at Wixon Jewelers for almost 14 years now. I have almost always worked with Kristin, who is very patient, considerate, smart and offers great advice! she has great taste, very knowledgeable "a Patek guru" I just bought several Rolex and Patek Phillipe from her, in addition, to Panerai. I have been shopping at Wixon Jewelers for many years now. I have always worked with Deb, who is super smart, patient and offers great advice! I just bought a Rolex from her and have also bought a Panerai and a Baume & Mercier, as well as a wedding ring. Every time has been a fantastic and fun experience. Everyone else at the store is also very friendly and helpful! Where else are you offered a drink and cookies while you get the "I wants" browsing the cases?! Thank you Deb!

No job is too big or too small for Wixon! After making BIG purchase of 10-year diamond, they continue to follow up with the small stuff ... dipping, cleaning and checking my ring to be sure I am still 100% happy with it. Also happy to reset my diamond earrings, which is a SMALL job, but treated me as if I was as important as if I was looking for BIG purchase. Customer service is above and beyond! May 2017, I brought a seven year old TAGHeuer watch in for service. They called me with a $500 estimate within a week. The service was completed within three weeks; clean, oil, adjust, refinish, new gaskets, new barrel, and testing. I picked up the watch and it looked brand new. The watch always ran about 2-3 seconds fast with the crown side up at night, all other positions lost time. I saw a ring by Wixon Jewelers in a magazine, I really liked, well of course it was too expensive for my budget. But I did have another idea, I had a wedding ring with my original diamond and my husband's diamond from his ring ( he passed in 2005). The ring we designed is called a "heirloom" ring.
