They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We needed whole house filtration for medical reasons and their depth of knowledge far exceeded my expectations.
Detailed my problem over the phone, was called back to ask and answer questions, and then came out, on time, to get the problem fixed. Reasonable.
As I told them this morning, they provide the best and most friendly service of any service company we use. They have been the best for over 15 years both in person and by phone.
We have battled water issues since January. No one could give us a straight answer and wanted thousands to replace what we had. A friend referred Wittes to us and we couldn't be more happier!! They came out fast, knew the issue right away and installed a carbon backwash within a week. We have good drinking water now! 100% recommend! Great guys! Professional, fast and super nice! Reese and his team are great! They are super responsive, answered any question I had, and were super quick and painless with the install. Honestly some of the best customer service I have had. I would highly recommend these guys!
