This is my third new car from Witt. From buying to service to trade-in I enjoy dealing with you folks. In my dealings with Witt I have always found your people to be friendly, informal and helpful.
I had a serious accident in my new MKZ Hybrid. The Witt team did an excellent job in repairing my car and regularly kept me apprised of progress. However, Ford/Lincoln were delayed in supplying parts for the repair...so my car ended up being in the shop for over 9 weeks. I was provided a loaner after my insurance coverage for a rental car ran out, which I greatly appreciate. Overall, excellent service at Witt, but I was left with concerns about the Ford/Lincoln supply chain. Very happy to be back in my MKZ...a terrific car.
