Family owned business that provides the best customer service around.
Had to deal with this company, first off they weren’t even able to fix my security system and was there 2 hours attempting to fix which their tech guys were great and tried to fix it but the office staff have been extremely rude, and call almost daily for a payment, which bill has been paid, would not recommend this company to anyone very unprofessional
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It’s absolutely ridiculous they way they are with people. I highly recommend not using them. I’m all about giving people the benefit of the doubt but these people do not have their stuff together at all.
Winess security is #1 in my book! They work well around my work schedule! Keith and Tyler were even able to make an appointment as early as 630 to work around my schedule! The other technicians (Josh and Tyler) were very comical and professional! The equipment works great! I would suggest them to anyone looking to get a security system!
Great customer service from our initial call through installation. They offer all the bells and whistles, but there wasn’t the slightest bit of pressure during the set up meeting. Keith was more interested in what our needs were than he was selling us unnecessary products. Tyler did a wonderful job with installation and had everything up and running in no time. I just moved into my new home and wanting security, I looked online at all the big names, their reviews and being locked into a contract for free system that had all the negativity that I didn’t feel comfortable entering into for 3 yrs, I found witness security, the positive reviews & being local without a contract and was a great choice for me, from meeting with Keith to Tyler doing the install was a pleasant experience and very highly recommend this company
