Ever since Dr. Witlin has retired this practice has turned into a fee churn operation due to an office manager . I didn’t even see my doctor and was asked to see another doctor. Had to make a new appointment and pay another fee.

Completely frustrated with the scheduling and lack of flexibility. My wife was originally set to see Dr. Naadimuthu, but after a simple request to change the appointment, we were rescheduled with Dr. Worthington instead. Despite explaining the situation and asking multiple times to keep the original doctor, we were told we'd need another evaluation, even though all our records were already sent over. This is poor customer service, and it feels like they don’t care about patients’ time or preferences. Very disappointed.

Completely unprofessional at every level. I would not recommend this place to a single person. Make sure you get your notes from the doctor, the staff is unwilling help with paper work and billing. Completely unacceptable from a doctor’s office. Please rethink your choice or get second opinion if you need to see the doctors at this location.
