No one calls back. Left multiple voicemails over two weeks and got not a single call back. If you care about the front desk actually helping you about prescriptions/ getting the medicine you need, I do not recommend this place
Not receiving a callback about prescription.. called many times, Very frustrating. My glaucoma eye drop eventually ran out but office staff/doctors not doing anything. I wonder if they care about a patient at all.
Dr. Hannah is the best
Randi is a nasty and unprofessional person. The owner hired our service, Randi was the point of contact in the store. The moment we got there, she started complaining about everything and told us to cancel the service because its too expensive (weird way to negotiate, the price was approved by the owner before we arrived). Disgusting behavior from Randi's part. I reached out to Kim multiple times, wasn't able to resolve the situation.
