awful customer service I have never had any issues paying any utilities until them and they turned our power off with no fault but there own all my bills get payed on time but they still shut mine off and they charge you another crazy deposit to turn back on ect the state Needs to look into them as they are crocks and the next time they play games my lawyer will be in contact with this pathetic company

Funny how these reviews are 3.8 but when you go to other review sites, it's literally a 1. In all of my 44 years on this planet, Withlacoochee river is the absolute worse company I have ever seen. If I sneeze the wrong way, my power goes out! Paco area!
Unsatisfied and unacceptable. Monopoly
In Pasco County (Talavera subdivision) we loose power when it rains. Imagine we lived Up north and this company couldn’t survive a simple wether change. Very unhappy over something we can not do anything about and have to just take it.

absolutely deplorable customer service after waiting on the phone 47 minutes just to have somebody answer only to be told that I had a $137 bill that was outstanding and was the whole reason they shut off my power being a customer for 10 years five of which in this house alone I've never had a problem with this company paying my bills during the covid19 Times has been extremely tough and they have done nothing to help their customers people who have been put out of work for months now we've been paying their bills Faithfully... read more

Not a customer friendly place of business. Many issues just trying to inquire about a bill and forced us to go into the office when we provided all correct required information via phone. we had called 2 weeks prior and had no issues. it honestly sounded like discrimination over the phone. That's not acceptable.
