Completely useless Withey and Co were responsible for the shipment of a one of a kind, and very valuable piece of artwork, from the States to the UK. I have spent hours speaking to FedEx who have assured me that Withey & Co had shipped my parcel the incorrect address. Whitney and Co seemed to have no idea what was going on. I have regularly called their US number which has also cost me a small fortune. Without any resolution, they have decided to completely ignore me. Looks like a mess in Warehouse but these guys know where everything is. Ok for storage, shipping, delivery and pick up service. It's just ok, nothing great. They are never ready on time so good luck
